“Horrible People” on MyDamnChannel
Over on the comedy review blog Dead-Frog there is a positive review of MyDamnChannel’s latest offering, “Horrible People.” Obviously, the opportunities presented by the show’s name are ripe for the critic, but Dead-Frog steers clear.
I watched the video and while I thought there were some good laughs, much like 2/8 Life this is still just a spoof and therefore I question its ability to sustain more than a passing interest from viewers.
Web video producers need to push themselves to find and develop stories that can actually engage a viewer and give them deeper reasons to come back than a good laugh. Their are endless laughs on the internet, but very few sources for a real story.
