Seth Godin Quote of the Day

Seth Godin is a smart guy.  In a recent post he relates what happened when he ordered some custom t-shirts.

His takeaway lesson is great:

“The value of a perk is inversely related to the expectation of that perk.”

This is true is life as much as in business.
