DIY Non-Lethal “Vomit” Flashlight Could Even the Playing Field
Below is a sort of teaser video demonstrating how anyone with a little technological know-how and a couple hundred bucks can replicate a Department of Homeland Security non-lethal "vomit-inducing" flashlight they spent millions on developing.
While it is one thing to ponder why it cost DOHS so much money to create a device a good home-Maker can recreate for a few benjamins, it is even more interesting to ponder the larger repercussions of an group of protesters at, say, the next G20 conference, armed with these devices. They would be a lot more effective than rocks and bottles and a lot harder to combat. Just thinking aloud…. via
