Lego Matrix Trinity Help and the Copyright Dilemma

One thing you might notice is that they are using the original audio from the film, something that could easily be labeled as a copyright violation resulting in take-down notices. In fact, it is somewhat surprising that this hasn't happened already.

The dilemma for the rights-holder is this: if I want to be able to rant and scream about how people are stealing content and not paying anything for its use I will have to go after some of my biggest fans and supporters.  So far, the need to "protect" their copyright has been winning out over the need to serve their customers but perhaps we are seeing a shifting of the sands.
